Submit Your Photos

Use this page to submit your photos to the Online Photo Club. Before sending anything in, please read the Rules and Categories pages so you know what types of images are allowed and which category your photo belongs in. All photos must be saved as JPG or PNG files and should be under 1MB in size so they can be displayed quickly on the site. When you submit a photo, make sure the file name is clear and helpful, such as lastname_nature1.jpg or firstname_street2.png. The information you fill out in this form will be sent to the club email address, and you will still need to attach the image file in your email client after the form opens.

In the form below, enter your name, email address, the category you are submitting to, the file name of your image, and a short description of the photo. The description can mention where the photo was taken, what equipment you used, and what you were trying to capture. After you click the submit button, your email program will open a new message addressed to the club with your form details filled in as plain text. At that point, simply attach your photo file to the email and send it. Once your submission is received, it may be added to the current voting round or a future contest, depending on the timing of your entry.

Double-check your file size and name before submitting. Make sure your image matches the category you select and that your email address is correct so the club can contact you if there are any questions about your entry.
